We are seeking an experienced Client Experience Manager to join our team at Diesel. As a Client Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain store standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating a hand-crafted experience for clients, driving individual and team objectives, and managing team performance to achieve commercial targets.
- Developing and implementing business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment.
- Leveraging digital resources to enhance the client experience, communicating with colleagues and clients effectively, and building relationships with fellow advisors.
- Guaranteeing efficiency and effectiveness at floor level, solving problems with positive outcomes, and maintaining relationships with colleagues.
Requirements
