Situated in Oslo, Norway, our headquarters serves as the hub for our expanding team. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and setting annual sales targets with assigned partners, monitoring and analyzing their performance, and collaborating with our Head of Partner Development to execute partner strategies aligned with our overall strategy.

  • Sales Target Development: Work closely with assigned partners to establish and achieve annual sales targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Partner Strategy Execution: Collaborate with our Head of Partner Development to develop and implement partner strategies that drive sales growth and revenue.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, as well as strong communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools is also essential.
