Sales Account Executive

Vi ser etter en senior person med solid erfaring fra software-salg, som kan ta stort ansvar i kundeanskaffelse i det norske markedet. Rollen innebærer å være en nøkkelressurs i Hypergenes vekst, med innledende fokus på energi, avfallshåndtering, og non-profit-sektoren.
Om rollen
Som Sales Account Executive vil du være ansvarlig for å drive salgsprosessen fra start til slutt, inkludert å tiltrekke, engasjere og konvertere nye kunder i det norske markedet. Du vil jobbe tett med vår partner Arribatec, en global system- og tjenesteleverandør, som leverer forretningskritiske IT-løsninger. Arribatec integrerer "best of breed-applikasjoner" og egne løsninger for å støtte kundenes forretningsutvikling og skape effektive, digitaliserte prosesser.
Samarbeidet mellom Hypergene og Arribatec har fokus på det norske markedet, hvor Arribatec selger og implementerer Hypergenes løsninger til både offentlig og privat sektor. Du vil bidra til å utvikle og styrke dette partnerskapet, og din innsats vil være avgjørende for å øke salgsvolumet og videreutvikle vårt kundegrunnlag, samt utvikle Hypergenes posisjon i markedet. I tillegg til å arbeide med å støtte vår partner i salg, vil du ha ansvar for eget salg der Arribatec støtter deg med implementering. Som Sales Account Executive skal du være en pådriver for at Hypergene når de totale målene for ACV-salg/bookinger.
Du vil arbeide både på hjemmekontor og fra Arribatec sine kontorer i Norge. Videre vil du samarbeide tett med vårt team i Sverige på pre-sales og executive-nivå.
Om deg
Som person tror vi at du er en selvgående og strukturert selger med et bredt perspektiv og god forståelse for salg til beslutningstakere på høyt nivå, deriblant CFO-er og økonomiledere. Du har gjerne erfaring fra ERP, business intelligence, eller supply chain-løsninger, og er vant til å selge software-produkter til bedriftsmarkedet.
Videre trives du i rollen som Sales Account Executive, hvor du tar initiativ, har et stort ansvar og kan organisere ressurser på tvers av team og samarbeidspartnere.
Kvalifikasjonskrav:
- Omfattende erfaring og utmerket merittliste innen B2B-komplekse programvareløsninger
- Erfaring fra partnersalg er en fordel
- God forståelse for og interesse for programvare og SaaS-produkter
- Sterke forhandlingsevner
- Selvstendig
- Erfaren i å jobbe med beslutningstakere på C-nivå
- Flytende i norsk og engelsk, både muntlig og skriftlig
