Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for managing distributors and wholesalers across the Nordics and Baltics, driving sales and profitability in collaboration with business units. Acting as the primary contact for distribution partners, the position ensures effective communication, business planning, and strategic development. The role also evaluates BD's approach to distribution in the region to enhance operational efficiency. You can be based at any BD office in the Nordics.

Main Responsibilities Will Include

  1. Drive sales growth and profitability within the distributor and wholesaler network.
  2. Conduct business reviews with selected partners to assess performance and opportunities.
  3. Provide guidance, planning, and support to distributors and wholesalers.
  4. Lead negotiations on targets, pricing, and commercial agreements.
  5. Develop tailored engagement strategies based on customer size and potential.
  6. Identify and implement opportunities for distributor consolidation.
  7. Maintain and update distributor contracts in the European central repository.
  8. Collaborate closely with business units to align strategies and initiatives.

About You

  1. Proven experience in sales or commercial roles, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
  2. Experience in medical devices industry is highly appreciated.
  3. Able to influence decisions and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  4. Strategic individual who can solve problems with the ability to anticipate market trends and adapt accordingly.
  5. Comfortable working with systems and data, with a structured and precise approach to tasks.
