Arbeidsoppgaver:
- Drive salgsprosesser og bygge sterke kundeforhold i tett samarbeid med salgsteamet
- Tilby teknisk rådgivning som hjelper kundene med å finne optimale løsninger
- Forhandle strategiske avtaler og utarbeide kontrakter
- Sikre oppfølging av tilbudsprosesser for å oppnå kundetilfredshet og resultater
- Etablere og vedlikeholde verdifulle relasjoner med leverandører og samarbeidspartnere
- Samarbeide godt med salgsteamet for å nå felles mål
- Delta i spennende reiser, både nasjonalt og internasjonalt, for å utvide virksomhetens rekkevidde
Ønskede kvalifikasjoner:
- Erfaring fra subseabransjen, gjerne med offshore-kompetanse
- Gode tekniske ferdigheter og evnen til å sette sammen utstyrspakker til kunder
- Erfaring med å lede team og arbeide effektivt i samarbeid
- Solid forretningsforståelse og et kommersielt driv
- Dyktig til å bygge og vedlikeholde relasjoner, med gode kommunikasjonsevner
- Proaktiv, og evnen til å finne kreative løsninger
- Lærevillig og nysgjerrig med et ønske om kontinuerlig utvikling
