Role Overview

As a Technical Sales Manager at Expro International Group, you will be responsible for delivering new and profitable business across your area of responsibility. This involves providing technical support to clients and operations teams, ensuring that the appropriate technical solutions are developed to satisfy client requirements while maximizing company product lines and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for marketing and technology, seeking new business and developing strategies for delivery in conjunction with the Business Development Manager.
  • Respond to tender and quotation requests, ensuring commercial evaluations, business cases, and compilation of BERs are actioned.
  • Provide first-line specialist and technical liaison with clients and company operations/product line teams.
  • Work closely with operations/product line teams to assist in delivering new technology to clients, ensuring information flow.
  • Establish regular liaison with clients and support operations teams in driving improvements/opportunities for increasing revenue.
  • Develop presentations for delivery to clients/potential clients, attending meetings, technology gatherings etc., that provide an opportunity to circulate information on company products and their capabilities.
  • Support forecast and budget activities for product lines and regional organization.
  • Collaborate with clients in technology initiatives to enhance performance and improve margins.
  • Provide reports as per schedule and ensure Salesforce database is kept up-to-date.
  • Conduct client technical audits in line with company policy and in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal and external departments to ensure all information is circulated appropriately, resolving client questions and queries in a timely manner and liaising with manager on any issues or concerns.
