Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Opfikon suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Sales Support (m/w/d).
Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams bei allen Themen, die vor dem eigentlichen Verkauf anfallen
- Bindeglied zu den Produktionswerken, dem Technischen Service in Klingnau, sowie den Logistikpartnern bei Fragen und Anforderungen seitens des Sales Teams
- Unterstützung bei internen und externen Projekten
- Erfassung von Angeboten, Offertenwesen
- Erfassung und telefonischer Erstkontakt bei Leads
- Verwaltung des Flokk Ticketsystems
- Koordination des Musterstuhlprozesses; Materialbewirtschaftung
- Pflege, Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Funktionen im Super Office als zentrales CRM Tool; Hilfestellung bei Themen im Zusammenhang mit Flokk Hub (Online Bestellplattform)
- Telefonische Auskunft bei Kunden im Vorfeld von Aufträgen; Betreuung von C-Kunden
- Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben in Zusammenhang mit dem Showroom, externen Dienstleistern, Fuhrpark und damit verbundenen Leistungen und Rechnungen
- Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei Kundenbesuchen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Preislisten (lokale Adaption)
- Administrative Aufgaben
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne im Bereich Kundenservice / Customer Service
- 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, Engagement und Eigenverantwortung
- Flexible, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Freundlichkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie Souveränität, auch in schwierigen Gesprächssituationen
- Belastbarkeit und Spaß an der Arbeit
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Französisch in Wort und Schrift erforderlich
- Erfahrung innerhalb der Büromöbelszene und mit dem Planungstool P-Con sind von Vorteil, jedoch kein Muss
