Monil er en ambisiøs oppstartsbedrift bestående av entreprenører, ingeniører og innovatører som brenner for å modernisere jordbruket. Vi har som mål å bli bondens beste hjelper og revolusjonere husdyrhold ved å gi dem verktøyene de trenger for å maksimere effektiviteten og skalere driften på en bærekraftig måte.
Vi begynte å utvikle storfeklaven vår for tre år siden og har solgt kommersielt i en sesong. Så langt har vi nådd alle våre ambisiøse mål. Likevel starter den mest spennende delen av reisen vår nå. For å skalere videre trenger vi en dyktig selger som forstår bøndenes behov og utfordringer. Vi ser etter deg som er en mester i å konvertere nysgjerrige bønder til fornøyde kunder, og som ønsker å bidra til å spre vår teknologi til stadig flere brukere.
Salg hos MonilVåre klaver er designet og produsert i Norge, og vi selger dem direkte til bønder i Norge, Storbritannia og snart globalt. Vi har allerede et solid fotfeste i det norske markedet, og nå skal vi skalere til nye, mindre modne markeder.
Som Sales Representative hos oss vil du jobbe med en variert salgsprosess – fra å lukke salg til interesserte bønder via telefon og e-post, til å bygge og pleie langsiktige relasjoner i nye markeder. Vi ser etter en person som trives med begge deler og som motiveres av et dynamisk miljø der hver dag byr på nye muligheter.

Hvem vi ser etterVi ser etter en selger som forstår at salg i landbruket er mer enn bare en transaksjon – det handler om å bygge tillit, forstå kundens hverdag og tilby løsninger som gir reell verdi.
Du er sannsynligvis en energisk og målrettet person med en genuin interesse for å hjelpe bønder med å finne smarte løsninger for deres drift. Du vet at bønder er en spesiell kundegruppe, og du har respekt for deres utfordringer og behov. Dette betyr at du ikke bare er en selger, men en rådgiver og sparringspartner som kan skape ekte merverdi.
For å lykkes i denne rollen bør du:
Ha erfaring med enten salg eller landbruk, eller aller helst begge deler.
Snakke flytende norsk og engelsk, og kunne kommunisere tydelig og tillitvekkende.
Være flink til å bygge relasjoner og forstå hva kunden egentlig trenger, ikke bare hva du kan selge.
Være komfortabel med å jobbe i et høyt tempo og mot konkrete mål.
Ha en analytisk tilnærming til salg – du vet at ikke alle kunder er like, og du vet hvordan du skal tilpasse budskapet ditt.
Være imøtekommende, trivelig og faglig sterk – en person bønder faktisk vil lytte til.
Ha en grunnleggende forståelse av de økonomiske og politiske rammene bønder opererer innenfor.
Engasjere og konvertere: Ansvar for at interesserte bønder blir våre kunder gjennom kommunikasjon via telefon, e-post og møter. Delta på messer, demonstrasjonsdager og andre arrangementer for å møte potensielle kunder og generere interesse i møte med bønder.
Forvalte salgstrakten: Administrere en strukturert salgsprosess og bruke data for å identifisere muligheter og måle fremgang. Du vil jobbe med tydelige mål og forventninger til resultater.
Bruke e-post effektivt: Følge opp tilbud og besvare kundehenvendelser raskt.
Bygge relasjoner: Være en pålitelig og tilgjengelig rådgiver for bønder. Enten det er over telefon, på messer eller under demonstrasjoner, skal du bygge sterke og varige relasjoner.
Samarbeid: Du vil jobbe tett med markedsføringsteamet og Farmer Success-teamet for å sikre en god salgstrategi og en sømløs kundereise basert på innsikt fra brukere og marked.
