Jernia er i gang med en omfattende transformasjon der digitalisering står i sentrum. Som en del av denne reisen, søker vi nå en dyktig CRM-spesialist som vil ha ansvar for Jernias kundeklubb
Som CRM-spesialist i Jernia får du være med på å forme fremtiden for en av Norges mest kjente merkevarer, og bidra til å styrke kundedialogen med over 1 million medlemmer gjennom datadrevet og personalisert kommunikasjon. Som en del av teamet på markedsavdelingen vil du jobbe tett med dyktige kollegaer innen digital markedsføring, innholdsproduksjon, e-commerce og mye mer. Du vil få en sentral rolle i å utvikle, planlegge og gjennomføre strategiske kommunikasjonsinitiativer som bidrar til både kundelojalitet og økt omsetning.
Arbeidsoppgaver:
- Utarbeide og gjennomføre kommunikasjonsplaner for nyhetsbrev, automasjoner og personalisert 1-til-1 dialog
- Utvikle og vedlikeholde automatiserte kundereiser og triggere basert på kundedata og kjøpsatferd
- Sikre at kommunikasjonen oppleves relevant og personalisert gjennom segmentering og målretting
- Operativ produksjon av nyhetsbrev og kundedialoger, inkludert innholdsplanlegging, tekstforfatting, design og teknisk oppsett i Jernias CRM-verktøy
- Kvalitetssikring og testing av utsendelser
- Analysering av resultater og KPI-er som åpningsrater, klikkrater, konvertering og avmeldinger
- Gjennomføre A/B-tester og optimalisere innhold, timing og segmentering
- Bidra til god datakvalitet og sikre at all kommunikasjon er i tråd med GDPR og samtykkehåndtering
Kvalifikasjoner:
- Høyere utdanning tilsvarende minimum bachelorgrad innen markedsføring, kommunikasjon, økonomi eller et relatert fagfelt
- 1-2 års erfaring med CRM-arbeid, gjerne fra retail eller e-commerce
- Erfaring med CRM-plattformer og marketing automation-verktøy, stort pluss om du har erfaring med Voyado
- Erfaring med utvikling av innhold og kampanjer for e-post og andre kanaler
- Kjennskap til GDPR og regelverk for kunde- og medlemskommunikasjon
- Gode kommunikasjonsevner skriftlig, både på norsk og engelsk
