About the Job Description
We are seeking a talented Account Development Manager to join our team and take on the challenge of owning a set customer group in our portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, negotiating contracts, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Objectives
- Drive revenue growth through effective account management and strategic partnerships
- Build a deep understanding of customers' needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of value to our customers
- Stay up-to-date with Kindly's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the SaaS industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
