What You'll Be Doing
You will be responsible for driving customer success and ensuring seamless onboarding, product adoption, and customer engagement. Your primary goal will be to identify at-risk customers early and implement strategies to increase retention.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in a SaaS or tech company.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts independently while proactively solving problems.
- Experience coordinating onboarding and ongoing customer success efforts.
