We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Findable. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
Responsibilities- Ensuring fast and effective customer onboarding, customizing processes based on each customer's business goals and use cases.
- Proactively engaging customers through regular check-ins, training sessions, and business reviews.
- Driving product adoption and customer engagement by using data insights to identify usage trends and suggest relevant product features.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in a SaaS or tech company.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, actionable steps for customers and ensure smooth handovers from Sales to onboarding.
- Experience coordinating onboarding and ongoing customer success efforts.
