About the Job

We are looking for a talented Head of Sales to lead our DENZA Brand sales efforts in Norway. As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, we provide European customers with new energy vehicles and related services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive market share growth and meet sales targets. This involves managing key accounts, building strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners, and preparing accurate sales forecasts and reports.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market share growth and meet sales targets.
  • Manage business growth in an omni-channel perspective with a B2B2C mindset.
  • Buid and maintain strong relationships with dealers, key industry partners, and final users within the region.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize customer events and promotional activities.
  • Lead and develop the sales team, setting targets, and evaluating performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the car industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Norwegian market, including customer preferences, distribution channels, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen to develop effective sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
