About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive growth within Wolt's corporate partnership portfolio. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales acquisition and increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the sales acquisition funnel to achieve growth and revenue targets.
  • Establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and identifying potential clients for our corporate partnerships.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive client acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and account management, to deliver consistent results.
  • Working closely with global sales colleagues to land large deals and expand our reach.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or enterprise settings.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
  • Ability to quickly understand our product and communicate its value to clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Highly motivated and driven individual with a natural inclination towards ownership and entrepreneurship.
  • Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
