About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team at TN Norway. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strong client relationships.

Purpose

The Delivery Manager position is responsible for:

  • Managing project delivery to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction;
  • Developing and executing business development strategies to grow market footprint and client base;
  • Building and maintaining client relationships to understand their drivers and challenges;
  • Providing leadership to a local team of Study Managers and technical staff to ensure strong engagement and motivation;
  • Collaborating with P&C teams to ensure proactive talent development and retention;

This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent networking skills, and the ability to think strategically and drive results.
