As Regional Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing a scalable sales motion within the EMEA region. You will lead a team of sales professionals to achieve customer success through a data-driven approach, leveraging our SaaS platform to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within SaaS, cloud, or B2B software companies. They will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and drive collaboration across departments.

You will be expected to define, document, and implement scalable sales processes and playbooks, ensuring consistent results and long-term customer success. The successful candidate will also have experience working with CRM systems, driving data-driven decision-making, and managing sales forecasting and pipeline accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and Refine Sales Process: Create a scalable, repeatable sales process and methodology that leads to consistent results and long-term customer success.
  • Build a Sales Playbook: Develop and maintain a playbook outlining clear expectations, sales strategies, and best practices for team members.
