About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at NOV Process Systems and contribute to the growth of our Brownfield business in Norway.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Development / Sales Manager to join our team in Norway.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on business development and sales strategy.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strategy for the Norwegian brownfield market.

This will involve prospecting and developing brownfield opportunities from lead to proposal stage and handover to tender/project, managing the sales pipeline to ensure accurate revenue forecasting.

The role requires a strong background in business development and sales strategy, with a focus on maximizing and achieving revenue potential on existing and new accounts.

  • Participate in and integrate with the global NOV Brownfield team to expand our footprint, improve performance, enhance safety, and increase digital offerings.
  • Communicate sales activities internally according to the sales plan, including customer visits, calls, lead follow-ups, and quotation generation.
