Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our Nordics team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team, drive business growth, and make a meaningful impact on the company's success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a regional team consisting of experienced sales executives, guiding them to expand and develop existing named accounts.
  • Achieve assigned financial targets by developing and executing a direct sales model.
  • Engage and inspire team members to look at near and long-term visions of the accounts by formulating appropriate account strategies.
  • Manage team performance, develop and retain talent, and coach team members on a regular basis.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience leading teams that sell enterprise software with subscription and/or use-based business models.
  2. Experience building relationships at multiple levels of an organization and supporting customer-facing interactions as an executive sponsor.
  3. Familiarity with business and technology trends in target industries—globally and in Europe.
  4. Understand technologies and promote their benefits to customers to maximize sales results.
