A Day in the Life

You'll be responsible for:

  • Selling the full range of Structural Heart products to major hospitals in Norway, focusing on TAVI and TPV.
  • Planning and executing clinical and technical support in the cath lab, educating and supporting doctors and nurses.
  • Building strong, ethical business relationships with customers to ensure product usage and market share growth.
  • Identifying, mapping, and building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the medical community.
  • Preparing tender specifications, ensuring pricing and product positioning align with strategy.
  • Supporting the Market Development Manager in identifying and facilitating market development opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the team and matrix organization to leverage skills and inputs throughout the business.

Must-Haves

We're looking for:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration.
  • Experience in sales, medical device, and tender management.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to learn and comprehend complex medical and scientific information.
  • Able to spot business opportunities, mature leads, and influence others.
  • Able to work well under pressure, in a dynamic environment, and matrix organization.
  • A clean driver's license.

Nice-to-Haves

We'd love to see:

  • Experience in the Structural Heart business.
  • Interventional/cath lab experience.
  • Experience supporting cases.
  • A thorough understanding of the Norwegian healthcare system.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
