Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior Solution Sales Specialist / Head of Sales Europe. The role requires a strong passion for innovative technology and the utility industry, as well as excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying and engaging key decision-makers at transmission and distribution system operators (TSOs/DSOs), and other stakeholders in the energy sector.
  2. Driving the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  3. Collaborating with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record (5+ years) in B2B sales, in the utility, or grid technology space.
  • A strong network within the transmission and distribution industry.
  • Technical understanding of grid operations, dynamic line rating, or smart grid solutions.
