
Frontline Advocate for Customer Satisfaction

As a Customer Support Specialist at Grunt, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns. You will also contribute to improving user training and support materials, as well as collecting and sharing customer feedback to enhance the product and support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer support tickets in HubSpot.
- Provide step-by-step solutions to technical issues via screen-sharing.
- Work closely with the Client Education team to develop user training and support materials.
- Evaluate and escalate complex customer issues to Product and Tech teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in customer support or technical support roles.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
