About the Job:

This exciting field-based role is a strategic sales position, responsible for differentiating and growing our current and future cardiology products by focusing on uptake at target cardiology hospital clinics, private cardiology out clinics and primary care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion: Deliver professional product presentations to ensure relevant decision makers are clear on the clinical benefits of our products.
  • KOL Development: Engage and develop regional and national opinion leaders to build clinical experience with our cardiology products.
  • Meeting Management: Project lead speaker events and our attendance to national / regional congresses.
  • Account Plans: Analyze district sales, external environment, set goals and decide on key activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Territory Account Manager for south of Norway, Nordic Sales Manager, Nordic Medical Advisor and Nordic Brand Manager.
  • Brand Building: Develop Organon's reputation as a trusted scientific partner in cardiology and Women Health.
  • Digital Channels: Maximize CRM tools and company platforms usage.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical industry, preferably with experience from cardiology.
  • Excellent communication skills, high enthusiasm and strong networker.
  • Team player that collaborates effectively with the team.
  • Willingness to travel and see customers face to face.
  • Demonstrate ability to develop and execute a national account plan based on customer and market insights.
  • Understanding of Norwegian health system.
  • Experience in organizing speaker meetings and congresses.
  • Professional level English since English is our company language.
