About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to maintain and strengthen our sales relationships with key accounts globally. As a Global Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with regional and global teams to set engagement and growth strategies for assigned key accounts.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and support established price strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry relationships, partnerships, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with regional and global teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the electrical/automation industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office package, excellent listening skills, and professional interpersonal skills.
