
E-commerce Partnership Manager

Instabee is a leading European e-commerce enabler, serving millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries. We're fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. As we continue to expand, the complexity of Instabee grows in parallel. With that in mind, we're now looking for a skilled E-commerce Partnership Manager to help us on the journey ahead.
About the Job- Manage and grow relationships with major e-commerce partners.
- Influence decision-makers and negotiate win-win deals.
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance partner experiences.
- Drive real business impact through strategic planning and execution.
As a member of our high-energy, ambitious Nordic commercial team, you'll thrive on collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and motivation. We work closely across markets, celebrate wins together, and support each other in driving impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fluent in Norwegian & English (other Nordic languages? Bonus)
- 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in e-commerce, logistics, or tech.
- Natural networker who builds strong relationships with ease.
- Strategic thinker who understands business metrics and market trends.
