About the role

As the Sales Manager leading one of our three high-impact C2B teams, you will hold the pivotal role of architecting, orchestrating, and nurturing the growth of our dynamic C2B sales force. This is an opportunity for top-tier sales managers to shape and propel our team towards success and lead the way in redefining excellence in C2B sales.

Your main responsibilities

  • Demonstrating active and effective sales leadership, defining benchmark for excellence in your team

  • Embracing the challenge of managing budgets and sales targets with a commitment to achieving exceptional results

  • Analyze customer trends and behaviors and build strategies to drive improvements across KPIs to the dealership team

  • Cultivating a culture of teamwork within the sales management group to collaboratively pioneer and orchestrate innovative sales activities through joint planning, coordinated execution and collective initiation

  • Strategically recruiting new advisors whenever the need arises, with a focus on identifying top talent to maintain a competitive edge in the market

  • Partner with other teams in the company to optimize Nettbils product

To succeed in this position we believe you are a candidate with a strategic, positive, "can-do" attitude. In this role you will work cross functions with members of our sales team, marketing team and development team. With more than a thousand active dealers on Nettbils platform this is an ideal opportunity to make a huge impact in the car industry, hence mobility industry experience is a plus. As a person you need to be adaptable to new situations and settings and aim for high-quality deliveries.

In addition, you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, and or as a Key Account Manager

  • 2+ years of leadership experience with an emphasis on business development & building teams

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work in a fast paced tech environment

  • A deep understanding of how to improve customer relationships and build trust

  • A demonstrated ability to handle change and be a team player

  • A Bachelor's Degree

  • Fluent in Norwegian

As the Sales Manager C2B you will be a part of the sales management team and report to the CSO (Chief Sales Officer) of Nettbil. Working location is our brand new office at Økern Portal, situated right by the subway station at Økern in Oslo.
