Regional Sales Manager Gardermoen Wanted 

 

Midt på Gardermoen finner du en triangel av hotell i Strawberry-familien Norges største hotellportefølje med unike muligheter.

Vi søker selger til vårt salgsteam og ser nå etter en kollega med salg i sitt DNA som er klar for å selge nye opplevelser. Vi er på jakt etter en sulten og operativ selger som trigges av å oppnå gode resultater.


Hva skal du gjøre?

Som Sales Manager i Gardermoen Cluster vil du jobbe med oppsøkende salg av hotelltjenester for forretnings- og møtesegmentet i Norge. Du vil inngå i et salgsteam med 8 kollegaer som sammen jobber for å oppnå hotellenes og avdelingens mål for Comfort Hotel Runway, Quality Airport Hotel Gardermoen og Clarion Hotel Oslo Airport.

Dine arbeidsoppgaver er hovedsakelig innen

  • Oppsøkende salg, bearbeiding mot nye kunder og utvikling av eksisterende kunder 
  • Møtebooking 
  • Drive eget budsjett og aktivitetsmål
  • Forhandlinger
  • Relasjonsbygging
  • Representere hotellene og vår kjede 100 %  i salgsrelaterte sammenhenger og være vårt ansikt utad

Hvem ser vi etter?

Som Sales Manager selger du unike opplevelser til våre kunder og skal løfte kjennskapen til våre hoteller. Vi søker deg som har erfaring med salg av kurs og konferanser og kan vise til gode resultater. Salg er en del av ditt DNA og du elsker å være ute hos kunden Du har et brennende engasjement som selger og har god evne til å jobbe selvstendig. Du viser stor drivkraft i ditt arbeid og trigges av å oppnå gode resultater. Det er viktig at relasjonsbygging faller naturlig for deg  og at du har et godt kontaktnett. Stillingen krever at du snakker og skriver godt norsk og engelsk. Førerkort klasse B og disponibel bil vil være en fordel. Noe reising må påregnes.
