Salary: Up to NOK 945k base
OTE: NOK 1.89m OTE (Uncapped with Accelerators)

We're looking for a motivated Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, for a leading SaaS provider that empowers businesses to deliver exceptional customer service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and nurture relationships with mid-market customers across sectors like Insurance, Banking, Utilities, Public Sector, and Retail.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and pass successful deals to the Customer Success team for implementation.
- Conduct demos, lead presentations, and tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Achieve sales quotas, with deal sizes ranging from NOK 600k to 3m ARR.
- Use tools like Salesforce and Outreach to streamline your workflow and maximize efficiency.
Key Skills and Experience
Must-Haves:
- 3-5 years of SaaS, CX, or other complex solution-based sales experience.
- Experience with structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Proactive, hunter mentality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Be used carrying a quota of circa NOK 5m
- Be fluent in Norwegian
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in the CCaaS industry or with international teams.
- Knowledge of cloud-based services and additional language skills.
