
Sales Performance Coach

**Job Description**
As a sales performance coach, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a successful team of 2-10 SDRs / BDRs. Your primary objective is to maintain a multi-million dollar pipeline and ensure the team's success in bringing exceptional outbound sales development results.
We value excellent academic results, bachelor's or equivalent degree in business or STEM, knowledge and passion for business development, sales and technology, and leadership experience. You should also be able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of tech sales professionals who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions to customers. You will enjoy this role if you are organized, persistent, analytical, hard-working, and care to ensure that smart and ambitious people learn and develop the skills they need to represent the company outstandingly well.
