Key Tasks:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets, focusing on building strong relationships with dealers and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Dealer Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to dealers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Product Training: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Mercury Marine products and services, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in a company with a dealer network structure.
  • Language Skills: Norwegian native and good level of English, both written and spoken.
