About the Role
As a Sales Executive at Spoor, you will join an ambitious, collaborative, and purpose-driven team dedicated to defining the future of wildlife monitoring, biodiversity reporting, and best practices for reducing adverse biodiversity impacts.
You will be responsible for building a seamless sales process, identifying challenges, and developing creative solutions to address them. Your primary goal will be to secure business in our key markets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Create and drive revenue within a list of named accounts and/or in a specific region.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to reach and exceed assigned sales quota quarterly and annually.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, consultancy, and competitive landscape to tailor sales pitches and presentations effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Lead collaborative efforts to enable the customer to quantify and articulate business value.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a growing sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving results.
- Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure successful project scoping and delivery.
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting using CRM.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- A passion for selling transformative enterprise software or technology solutions to C-level executives and VPs.
- Strong commercial skills: Ability to identify sales leads, pitch products or services effectively, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Track record in international SaaS B2B/enterprise sales with proven results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment in high-growth mode.
- Proficiency using CRM software (Hubspot is a +), to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and analyze customer data.
- Professional standard spoken and written English, additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience in the energy industries is a bonus.
