Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Norway. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with restaurant partners and driving revenue growth.
Your primary focus will be on collaborating with restaurant partners to identify growth opportunities, leading strategic renegotiations of commercial terms, and assisting partners in achieving their goals through consultation and quality checks.
You will also play a key role in assessing partner performance, prioritizing actions to maximize impact, and developing business strategies using data-driven approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with restaurant partners to build strong relationships and drive revenue growth
- Lead strategic renegotiations of commercial terms with restaurant partners
- Assist partners in achieving their goals through consultation and quality checks
- Assess partner performance and prioritize actions to maximize impact
- Develop business strategies using data-driven approaches
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Relevant experience in account management roles with a strong commercial mindset
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- A strong creative and tactical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Analytical proficiency with the ability to analyze performance metrics and business data effectively
- Structured communication and storytelling skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior customer service
- Initiative and ownership with the ability to operate autonomously
- Languages proficiency in English and Norwegian fluency
- Familiarity with CRM systems and knowledge of analytical dashboards (e.g., Looker or Power BI)
Salary
The estimated salary for this position is around €50,000-60,000 per year, depending on experience.
