Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team of culinary experts. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that showcase the rich flavors and spices of Indian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and vegan options.
- Assess the quality of ingredients and ensure that all dishes meet our high standards.
- Work collaboratively with our sous chefs and kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Present dishes in an attractive and visually appealing manner.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance our culinary offerings.
- Permanent residence in the EU, EER, or Switzerland.
- MBO Level-3/ EQF-3/ Secondary Vocational Education Diploma.
- Minimum 1 year diploma in hotel management or an equivalent field.
- Ability to communicate in English and Dutch.
- Travel allowance and meals during working hours.
