About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Bioenergy and Power Generation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives, leading client-facing projects, and providing strategic advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the biofuels consulting practice.
  • Lead and manage consulting opportunities from identification to booking, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients, project management, and tender teams to deliver high-quality technical and commercial proposals.
  • Provide expert advice on technologies, power plants, and sustainability practices, analyzing market trends, policy developments, and regulatory changes affecting the power and bioenergy industry.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, economic analyses, and risk assessments, identifying key clients and projects to develop those following the Business Development strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Support clients in navigating regulatory frameworks and securing necessary approvals.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in power generation and bioenergy. You will have a proven track record in technology, consulting, or project management roles, with good knowledge of power generation and bioenergy/biofuel technologies, lifecycle analysis, and sustainability standards.
