I Crayon Group søker vi etter en erfaren leder som ønsker å bli ansatt som leder for vårt Channel-team. Som leder for Channel-teamet i Crayon Group, er du ansvarlig for å levere både strategisk og operasjonelt.
I rollen som leder får du også jobbe som en lagbygger som veileder og utvikler teamet.
Du vil være ansvarlig for:
- Overordnet kommersielt ansvar for inntekter og utgifter i Channel-avdelingen, inkludert forecasting, budsjettering, overvåkning og oppfølging
- Personalansvar for Channel-teamet, herunder coaching, mentoring, lønnsamtaler og kompetanseutvikling
- Definere salgsprosesser og utvikle kommersielle konsepter innen channel
I denne rollen vil du også være ansvarlig for å bygge opp et sterkt nettverk og styrke vår eksistens i markedet.
