
Key Account Business Developer

At TN Norway, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Business Developer to join our team. This role is a key part of our commercial development strategy, focusing on building strong relationships with our Nordic Industrial Distribution partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a commercial strategy that drives growth and profitability in the industrial distribution segment. This will involve working closely with our sales team and other stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement plans to achieve business objectives.
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in the distribution industry. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of how to utilize marketing as a tool to grow presence and make high-quality products available in the right channels and platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong digital mindset and capabilities, including proficiency in Office applications. You should also be an expert negotiator, looking to find the best solution for all parties involved. A self-motivated individual who can work independently from home and travel up to 50 days per year will be preferred.
