Job OverviewAs a Head of Renewable Energy Expansion, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and other business development initiatives. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to achieve our company goals.
You will have extensive experience in investment banking, M&A focused consulting, or corporate M&A teams with a focus on Indian renewable energy sector. You should possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to influence subject matter experts across various issues relating to energy markets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate due diligence process to evaluate investment opportunities in the Indian renewable energy sector.
- Develop and review detailed financial models considering industry and project-based assumptions, perform cash flow, profitability & valuation analysis including DCF.
