As a Temporary Sales and Operations Role, you will be responsible for supporting our EMEA sales team and partners while ensuring smooth operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international B2B sales and operations.

You will collaborate with our global team, contribute to efficient sales processes, and ensure seamless operations. Your proactive approach, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Hubspot data, prepare quotes, and assist with supplier onboarding.
  • Support smooth order processing and resolve inquiries.
  • Generate sales reports and assist with financial reviews.
  • Oversee inventory, process orders, and coordinate project tracking.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support or customer service.
  • Solid CRM (Hubspot) and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
