About This Role:

We are seeking a skilled ECS Account Executive to join our team at Salesforce. As a digital transformation consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and develop solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with customers to understand their business challenges and goals.
  2. Develop account plans to achieve sales objectives by identifying and qualifying opportunities.
  3. Conduct research and discovery to uncover customer needs and strategic goals.
  4. Identify compelling value propositions that address customer needs through technology solutions.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers using various methods and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
  • Account planning and strategies to establish effective sales plans.
  • Research and discovery skills to uncover customer needs and goals.
  • Solutioning skills to identify valuable technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Norwegian language.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas.
  • Proven ability to turn greenfield territories into a customer base.
