We are seeking a talented HR Tech Sales Executive to join our sales team at Simployer AS. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our AI-powered HR solutions to clients and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
About You:
- You have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within small and medium businesses or talent acquisition roles.
- You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can confidently communicate the value of our HR tech solutions to clients.
- You are a self-starter who is not afraid of challenges and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- You have experience working with CRM tools and are comfortable communicating through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
- You are fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken, and have a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
