
Territory Development Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Norway. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for promoting our Medtronic Aortic and Peripheral Vascular product portfolios among healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities include planning and performing sales meetings/presentations, in-service and trainings to enhance our presence in the market. You will build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders, co-defining plans and promotion activities to drive sales growth.
You will manage sales and negotiations with hospital departments, as well as tender negotiations with procurement organizations. Additionally, you will oversee in-hospital consignment stocks and actively participate in the Nordic team's development and stretched assignments.
To excel in this role, you must have prior sales experience, preferably from the healthcare/device sales sector. A strong commercial mindset, ability to navigate complex organizations, and excellent communication skills are essential.
