Kvalifikasjoner:

  • 3-5 års erfaring innen booking, salg og planlegging av kurs, konferanser og events innen hotell og hospitality.
  • Strukturert, effektiv og nøyaktig.
  • Erfaring med kontraktsutarbeidelse og planleggingsverkøy er en fordel.
  • Evne til å håndtere innkommende forespørsler, booke arrangementer og planlegge detaljer som Banquet Orders og kjøreplaner for Konferanse- og F&B-avdelingene.
  • Erfaring med å konvertere og re-aktivere leads for innkommende forespørsler via telefon og e-post.

Arbeidsoppgaver:

  • Håndtere innkommende forespørsler for kurs, konferanser og events, også i kombinasjon med overnatting.
  • Booke arrangementer i tråd med gjestenes behov og ønsker.
  • Planlegge og overlevere Banquet Orders og kjøreplaner til Konferanse- og F&B-avdelingene.
  • Drive topplinje ved å konvertere og re-aktivere leads for innkommende forespørsler per telefon og e-post, samt drive mersalg mot kunden.
  • Prissette forespørsler dynamisk i samråd med Revenue management og øvrige kommersielle funksjoner.
  • Jobbe tett med salgsavdelingen.
  • Sammenstille og sende ut kontrakter mot kunder.
  • Gjennomgang og kvalitetssikre før faktura utsendes etter endt arrangement.
