I rollen som Growth Partner vil du selge og levere prosjekter som hjelper kunden optimalisere alle elementene i deres kommersielle strategi – produkt, pris, markedsføring og distribusjon – basert på dyp innsikt i hva markedet etterspør og verdsetter. Du vil jobbe tett med toppledere, styrer og markedsførere i noen av Norges og Nordens mest spennende selskaper og merkevarer.

Til forskjell fra andre konsulentselskaper hjelper vi også kundene våre med gjennomføring og evaluering etter at den kommersielle strategien er utviklet. Med støtte fra en av verdens største byrågrupperinger i ryggen, kan vi tilby kundene våre partnerskap der vi lykkes når kunden lykkes.

I denne rollen vil du:

  • Få ansvar for å både finne og vinne nye prosjekter, samtidig som du leverer på strategiske prosjekter og initiativer for eksisterende kunder.
  • Utvikle skreddersydde vekststrategier og handlingsplaner som hjelper kundene våre å nå sine omsetnings- og forretningsmål.
  • Bruke data og innsikt til å optimalisere markedsføring, prising, distribusjon og produktutvikling, samt utforme lanseringsstrategier (GTM) for nye produkter og tjenester.
  • Etablere nye og styrke eksisterende relasjoner til kunder og deres interessenter, fungere som en betrodd rådgiver innen vekst og strategi, og hjelpe kunder med å navigere komplekse forretningsutfordringer.
  • Støtte våre kunde- og forretningsutviklingsteam med å posisjonere dentsu som kundens foretrukne vekstpartner, bl.a. gjennom faglig tankelederskap og tjenesteutvikling.
  • Veilede og utvikle teammedlemmer innen strategisk problemløsning og prosjektgjennomføring, og skape en kultur der vi både utfordrer og støtter hverandre for å heve ambisjonsnivået, samarbeidet, og den faglige kvaliteten i alt vi leverer.

Vi søker deg som har:

  • Bred erfaring innen vekststrategi, forretningsutvikling og/eller ledelsesrådgivning.
  • Sterk kommersiell teft og bevist evne til å selge, skape topplinjevekst og lansere nye produkter og tjenester.
  • Skarpe analytiske ferdigheter, med evne til å omsette data til handlingsorienterte innsikter.
  • Ekspertise innen utforming og gjennomføring av topplinje- og marginøkende tiltak.
  • Sterke ledelses- og kommunikasjonsevner, med kapasitet og evne til å lede flere parallelle salgsprosesser og prosjekter fra start til slutt.
