Field Sales er en avgjørende del av organisasjonen og bistår med å sikre at vi lykkes med alt vi planlegger og utfører. Både når det kommer til produkter, kampanjer, eksponeringer og ikke minst forhold med våre kunder. Rollebeskrivelse

Mondelez Norge har nå en ledig stilling som Salgsrådgiver innenfor dagligvare i Oslo. I den anledning søker vi deg som ser for deg en karriere som rådgiver opp mot våre kunder i dagligvarebransjen. Du vil bli en del av et kunnskapsrikt Field Sales team med ansvar for sterke merkevarer i ett av bransjens ledende selskap.

Hovedsaklige ansvarsområder

Du kommer til å...

  1. Ha kundeansvar i ditt eget område og være en del av et regionalt team
  2. Besøke kunder, lokale kjedekontor og grossister etter behov. Bygge, utvikle og vedlikeholde gode relasjoner med hver og en av dem over tid
  3. Gjennomføre kundemøter samt delta på lokale og nasjonale salgsmøter
  4. Analysere og initiere forbedringstiltak kontinuerlig ovenfor egen kundebase
  5. Være en bidragsyter i oppfølging av bedriftens avtaler med markedet
  6. Være vår selger og rådgiver mot markedet. Sikre gjennomføring av kjede kampanjer, sesong og nyhetsvinduer
  7. Planlegge og prioritere - det er en viktig del av hverdagen for hver salgskonsulent
  8. Være oppdatert på egne kunder, endringer og bevegelser i markedet

Vi ser etter deg som

  1. Har salgserfaring, helst med dokumenterte resultater
  2. Har god digital kompetanse og erfaring med digitale salgsverktøy samt tilhørende rapporter
  3. Er strukturert, med evnen til å planlegge og sikre gjennomføring
  4. Er resultatorientert, med et utpreget konkurranseinstinkt
  5. Har en positiv, engasjert og proaktiv tilnærming til rollen
  6. Er en relasjonsbygger med gode kommunikasjons- og tilpasningsevner
