About the Job
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our fundraising efforts for Living Impact's housing fund. As Vice President of Institutional Sales, you will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to secure partnerships with institutional investors and position our groundbreaking housing fund as a leader in the Nordic market.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in institutional sales, preferably within real estate, private equity, or alternative investments. You possess a robust network of institutional investors and a track record of fundraising success. A strong communicator, you can build trust with clients and work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Living Impact at global conferences and industry events, positioning our brand as a leader in Nordic real estate investment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and seamless execution of fundraising initiatives.
