About Your Opportunity

The Regional Sales Director - EMEA will lead the wholesale revenue growth in the region, ensuring all sales goals are met on time and within budget. You will be responsible for elevating the Arc'teryx experience at partner stores, leading a team of sales representatives across Nordics and the UK.

Meet Your Future Team

The EMEA Commercial team is responsible for delivering sales through various regional channels. As the retail landscape changes, we work together to evolve our approach with creativity and teamwork, resulting in a seamless Arc'teryx experience in store.

The position is based in Oslo and requires frequent travel across Nordics and the UK. Candidates must be eligible to work in Norway.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales representatives, driving results and developing their skills
  • Develop a deep understanding of each region, market, and city to fine-tune strategies
  • Execute the vision and strategy for the B2B channel, analyzing performance against the plan
  • Establish and nurture senior-level relationships with key accounts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver the collection and bring the brand vision to life in partner stores

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in key account and national sales management in a consumer goods industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing professionals
  • Strong awareness of the Arc'teryx brand, product, and consumer
  • Excellent organizational skills, analytical ability, and strategic planning
