About the Role:
At PRAGMATIKE, we are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for directly engaging with customers across all communication channels, responding to inquiries and feedback to build trust and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Directly engage with customers to understand their needs and provide timely support to ensure satisfaction.
- Feedback and Communication: Champion the customer's voice and ensure feedback is communicated and acted upon to drive improvements.
- Process Optimization: Implement and optimize AI-driven tools to streamline support tasks for faster and more effective resolutions.
- Strategic Support: Oversee a cohesive and integrated customer support strategy across various platforms.
- Knowledge Base: Update knowledge base and FAQ to ensure accurate and comprehensive self-help resources.
Requirements:
- Skills and Competencies: Exceptional direct communication skills, advanced technical proficiency with customer support platforms, and solid understanding of agile methodologies.
- Qualifications: Relevant diploma or associate degree, minimum 5 years of customer support experience, with leadership experience preferred.
