About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Implement and optimize AI-driven tools to streamline support tasks for faster and more effective resolutions.
  • Strategic Support: Oversee a cohesive and integrated customer support strategy across various platforms.
  • Knowledge Base: Update knowledge base and FAQ to ensure accurate and comprehensive self-help resources.

Requirements:

  • Skills and Competencies: Exceptional direct communication skills, advanced technical proficiency with customer support platforms, and solid understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Qualifications: Relevant diploma or associate degree, minimum 5 years of customer support experience, with leadership experience preferred.
