About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Enablement Lead to join our team at TN Norway.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: You will be responsible for leading a team of Solutions Consultants, providing guidance and coaching to help them excel in their roles.
  • Develop Sales Strategy: Collaborate with Sales to evaluate and develop sales strategies for new opportunities, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations.
  • Hire and Retain Top Talent: Identify, attract, and retain top performers to build a high-performing team. Develop development plans for team members to ensure successful onboarding and continuing education.
  • Coach and Develop: Coach team members to elevate individual and team performance, providing strategic feedback to stakeholders and extended team members.
About You
  • Proven Experience: You have proven experience as a presales solution consultant, with demonstrable results in leading projects and working groups.
  • Results-Oriented: You have a high level of accountability in a fast-paced environment and consistently achieve or overachieve assigned goals and targets.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, including collaboration with multiple collaborators and work on multiple projects.
  • Fluent in English: Fluency in English is required, with one additional language from Danish, Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian also desired.
