
Marine Territory Sales Lead

Job Description:
MERCUY MARINE is looking for a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the marine territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with dealers, and identifying opportunities for improvement in our sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve commercial targets in the assigned territory.
- Dealer Development: Work closely with dealers to identify areas for improvement and provide training and support to enhance their sales and marketing capabilities.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve market share.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Results Orientation: Focus on delivering results-driven outcomes and continuously look for opportunities to improve sales performance.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the marine industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
