About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering our customers' innovative and transformative endeavors across various technologies, including GenAI, AI/ML, Compute, Storage, Database, Big Data, Application-level Services, Networking, Serverless, Deployment, Security and more.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as a single point of contact to Enterprise Support customers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their success on the AWS platform.
  2. Make recommendations on how new AWS offerings fit in the company strategy and architecture, helping customers to maximize the value and benefits of AWS services.
  3. Complete analysis and present periodic reviews of operational performance to customers, providing detailed insights and recommendations for improvement.
  4. Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and detailed prelaunch planning, ensuring that customers are well-informed and prepared for any changes or issues.
  5. Champion and advocate for customer requirements within AWS, working closely with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  6. Participate in customer requested meetings, both on-site and via phone, to provide expert guidance and support.
  7. Have access to and know how to use all key customer resolution tools across all service groups, facilitating rapid resolution of customer concerns.
  8. Work with some of the leading technologists around the world, collaborating on complex technical issues and providing expert guidance and support.
  9. Work directly with Amazon Web Service engineers to ensure that customer issues are resolved as expediently as possible.
