About the Job

We are seeking an EMEA Business Development Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the wholesale revenue growth in the region, ensuring all sales goals are met on time and within budget.

About Our Team

The EMEA Commercial team is responsible for delivering sales through various regional channels. As the retail landscape changes, we work together to evolve our approach with creativity and teamwork, resulting in a seamless Arc'teryx experience in store.

The position is based in Oslo and requires frequent travel across Nordics and the UK. Candidates must be eligible to work in Norway.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of each region, market, and city to fine-tune strategies
  • Lead a team of sales representatives, driving results and developing their skills
